Who we are

Information you send us

When you request a quote, ask a question or submit a review, we receive your name, email address and message. A quote may also include your phone number, business category, target cities and posting requirements. Please send only information needed to discuss or manage your campaign. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal documents through these forms.

How we use it

We use your information to reply, prepare a quote, manage agreed work, handle service issues and protect our forms from misuse. Website submissions are saved privately and are available to authorized administrators. These forms do not sign you up to a mailing list.

Reviews are checked before publication. Submitting a review does not automatically publish your message, email address or phone number. Public testimonials are managed separately from private enquiries.

Service providers and contact links

UltaHost hosts this website. Hosting and security systems can process technical information, such as network addresses, request times and requested pages, to operate and protect the service.

Zoho provides our business mailbox. Website notifications identify the request type and link to its private administrator record; they do not include your full message. Your email address may be included so we can reply.

These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Following a Teams or social link takes you to that service, where its own privacy practices apply. You can contact us by email if you prefer.

Analytics, cookies and similar storage

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand page use and form completion. You can decline it and still send an enquiry. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. We do not send your form name, email, phone number, message or campaign details to analytics. A contact-link click does not establish that you became a customer.

WordPress uses login cookies for signed-in administrators. When optional analytics is enabled, the website records your analytics choice in browser session storage. The forms use security checks and short-lived abuse-prevention signals. These functions are separate from optional visitor analytics.

How long we keep information

Our review targets are:

• Unconverted enquiries: 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
• Completed customer correspondence: 24 months after campaign completion or the last meaningful service contact, whichever is later.
• Pending unpublished reviews: 90 days from receipt.

Administrators review records before a disposal decision. These periods do not trigger automatic deletion. Active work, an unresolved service issue or a separate accounting or contractual obligation may require relevant information for longer. Continuing purposes and documented holds are reviewed separately, with a 90-day review target.

We remove identifying information when it is no longer needed, subject to those purposes and obligations. Authorized published testimonials have a separate purpose and are reviewed separately.

Related email, restricted recovery copies and migration-preservation records are handled separately. Removing information from the live website does not immediately remove it from those copies. They are restricted to their continuing service, recovery or preservation purpose, and previous disposal decisions need to be reapplied if an older backup is restored.

Questions, corrections and removal requests

Email us to ask about information you have sent or to request a correction or removal. We may need enough information to confirm that a request concerns your record. We explain if a genuine continuing purpose or obligation prevents removal. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive details with your request.

Security and changes

We restrict administrator access and use HTTPS for the website. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security. Recovery copies are restricted, and we review our handling as the service changes.

We update this notice when the website’s handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
